Pannukakku (and more snow)

-7F? Looks like it's a good morning to make Finnish Pancakes while waiting for it to at least be above zero before I clean up yesterday's 3" of snow that formed 24" drifts in the driveway (this pic is before the 3"...):








2 Tbsp of butter, put in the pan and start pre-heating the oven to 400.

2 Eggs, beaten

1-1/4 cup of milk, 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar, Dash and a half of salt, mix those with eggs

By this point the butter should be bubbling in the pan. Swirl it around a bit to cover the base, then puot in the batter.

30 minutes at 400.

Let them cool a bit to set before eating.
